Here at Skydiving Kiwis we only take your credit/debit card details for confirmation of your booking. (A $1 charge will be placed on hold on your card, it will be released again after 7 days) This being the case it is possible for you to decide on your camera options on the day of your jump (photos and videos will be on display for you to see what you get!). It will also be possible to change your altitude at this time if you wish. Once a booking is confirmed a member of the Skydiving Kiwis team will contact you to give you an exact time for your skydive - please note that while we endeavour to provide you with your preferred time this may not always be possible due to customer demand.

PLEASE NOTE: We confirm all bookings via email - Please make sure to check your SPAM folder if you have heard nothing from us in the first couple of days from making your booking. If the confimation email is not there either please don't hesitate to contact us.

Cancellations and Refunds Policy:

All confirmed bookings made over the phone or online are deemed to be final. In the event of cancellation on your behalf the following conditions apply:

* 24 hours or more of notice NO charge will be made on your booking fee.
* Less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 50% of your booking fee.
* Failure to show up on the day you will be charged 100% of your booking fee.

Any charge incurred due to the cancellation of your booking by you will only be of the sum total regarding your skydive, and will not include any charges for any other extra options you had chosen.


* Skydiving Kiwis gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
* All vouchers are non-refundable but are transferrable.
* 1 month extensions to vouchers can be made at a cost of $50 per voucher per month for a maximum of 3 months.

AFF Learn to skydive packages:

If you purchase one of the AFF skydiving packages (Small Kiwi, Full Kiwi or Flying Kiwi) you will be entitled to a refund (minus the ground school. first jump, logbook and a 3% credit card transaction fee if you paid by credit card) up to 7 days after your first skydive if you decide it is not for you. If this time elapses no refund will be provided. If you are on a time schedule then please think carefully about this, there is no guaranteed time frame to finish AFF due to circumstances out of our control such as weather. It would be advisable to use the pay as you go option if this applies to you.


All prices on the Skydiving Kiwis website are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include GST (goods and services tax) of 15%. If required GST receipts are available upon request. Skydiving Kiwis take NO responsibility for charges incurred due to currency conversion, these charges are at the sole discretion of your card provider. If you have any concerns you should contact the issuer of your card. Prices are subject to change without notice however in the event of this happening after a confirmed booking has been made, we will honour the price the booking was confirmed for.

Payment Options:

Skydiving Kiwis accept Visa , Visa Debit and Mastercard (Required for online and telephone bookings) We also have an eftpos facility onsite. Skydiving Kiwis are fully committed to your data security and through the use of the DPS online payment system you can be assured that any card details processed through our website are safe and secure using the most up to date encryption possible. Information Privacy:

Skydiving Kiwis collect information off you regarding you name, phone and email address. We only collect this information so as to be able to confirm online bookings with you and in the rare event that we need to enforce our terms and conditions for any reason.
